Ted Kim is CEO and President of WGF Korea. Mr. Kim was previously Founder of Teras & Kim International LLC, a Washington based consulting firm, as well as a Partner at Jaeger & Teras LLP, a Washington based law firm. Previously, Mr. Kim worked as a Senior Financial Planner for the renowned Dutch firm Fortis Investors. While working at TKIC LLC and Jaeger & Teras LLP, Mr. Kim worked for the venture capital as well as private equity related fields for over 10 years. His clients include Samsung, Hyundai, and Hanwha Group affiliates from Korea as well as Japanese, Taiwanese and Chinese firms. The aggregate of the total transactions Mr. Kim has handled is over US $1 billion. Mr. Kim served as a Steering Committee Member of Global Venture Investors Association as well as Foreign Investment Advisor to Kyonggi Province, Korea. Recently, Mr. Kim was selected by the FIIA(Foreign Institutional Investors Association) as its founding member. ?Mr. Kim holds a B.A. in Finance and Politics from Catholic University of America and a J.D. from Pennsylvania State University¡¯s Dickinson School of Law. |

Wonnie Lee is a founding member of WGF and is currently serving as Managing Partner and President of WGF¡¯s U.S. operations, where he is overseeing the businesses of all the invested portfolio companies¡¯ U.S. operations. Mr. Lee has been working extensively in the Private Equity/ Venture Capital industry for the last 7 years in various capacities ranging from portfolio analysis to managing directorship. In addition, Mr. Lee has served as a Coordinating Director for RNL Biostar, a Stem cell therapeutics development company, for which he set up its entire U.S. operations. Previously, he also worked in his capacity as Associate Consultant at TKIC LLC, where he was actively involved in major M&A transactions involving construction firms and acquisition of Venture companies. Mr. Lee graduated Phi Beta Kappa with Magna Cum Laude from Georgetown University¡¯s Edmund Walsh School of Foreign Service with a B.S. in International Economics and has pursued graduate studies for M.S. in Finance at Johns Hopkins University. |

Mr. Kim is an experienced investment banker with extensive experience in merger and acquisitions, financial advisory projects, accompanied by several years of experiences as commercial banker and business manager. Prior to joining WGF Korea, Mr. Kim was the president of Horizon Consulting which is a management and financial consulting firm. Before Mr. Kim worked for Horizon Consulting, he was the founder and general partner of Touchstone Capital Partners(corporate restructuring company) and Orion Pacific Investment(private equity investment firm) where he carried out his duties as an advisor in several transactions including KSE & KOSDAQ-listed Company. Furthermore, his joint venture with world's renowned JP Morgan Partners has been one of many exceptional skills which he demonstrated throughout his distinguished career. In addition, he was the first one to coordinate a joint venture between the first CATV(SO) with a foreign investor.
From 1996 to 2000, Mr. Kim worked for the investment banking division and fixed income under-writing of Salomon Smith Barney Korea("SSB"). At SSB, Mr. Kim executed transactions including M&A advisory and Debt Capital Market transaction for Hanwha Chemical, Sammi Steel and other prominent clients of Korea. Mr. Kim was the head of asset-backed securities project team of SSB where he sold two real estate bonds which amounted up to 1.1 trillion won for Korea Land Corporation.
Prior to joining SSB, Mr. Kim was a commercial banker for Korea Exchange Bank where he played an active role in many strategic facets of the bank's operations including the joint venture with Smith Barney Inc. Mr. Kim majored in Statistics and Economics at Korea University. |

Mr. Yoon is a Managing Director of Investment Division at WGF Korea. Prior to joining WGF Korea, as a CSIC(Certified Securities Investment Consultant) and FP(Financial Planner), Mr. Yoon developed lucrative investment models for futures and options investment. During his tenure at Megadeal M&A Co., he was responsible for investment in listed companies. When he worked at Korea Digital Line Co., he established business plans and conducted stock-related tasks such as capital increases, CB issuance, and public announcement. Mr. Yoon is a graduate of KAIST(Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology) with a B.A. in Business Policy.

Mr. Kim is an Executive Manager of WGF Korea. Mr. Kim is a CIA(Certified Investment Analyst), CFC(Certified Futures Consultant), FP(Financial Planner), and CSIC(Certified Securities Investment Consultant).Prior to this position with WGF, Mr. Kim served as a general manager of corporate finance division at Horizon Consulting Co.,, Ltd. At Horizon, Mr. Kim carried out his duties as an advisor in M&A, investment, financing, IPO and PEF management. Furthermore, Mr. Kim conducted tasks regarding liquidation of junk bonds and valuation of default asset at Samjong Consulting Inc. During his tenure at Daeil Tomson Bank Watch Credit Rating Information Inc., Mr. Kim conducted analysis on corporate credit, corporate value and profitability. Mr. Kim is a graduate of Chung-Ang University with a B.A. in Practical Statistics. Mr. Kim took courses for Securities and Financial Analyst at Kyunggi University Graduate School as well as courses for International Accounting Expert at Mirae Management Institute.

| Emanuel Friedman - Chairman and
Co-Chief Executive Officer of Friedman, Billings, Ramsey Group,
Inc. (NYSE: FBR). |
Mr. Friedman co-founded the
company - one of the most successful capital markets and private
equity firms in the nation - in 1989 with Eric Billings and
Russ Ramsey.
Mr. Friedman oversees the company¡¯s asset management operations
and plays an active role in FBR¡¯s corporate finance activities
Mr. Friedman developed FBR¡¯s award-winning sales, research and
trading group, as well as its unique team-oriented culture.
In 1990, during one of the most difficult periods for the bank
and thrift industry, Mr. Friedman recognized the opportunities
in this market niche, and spearheaded FBR¡¯s expansion into the
banking sector. He supported the recapitalization of individual
banks and thrifts by focusing FBR¡¯s research and trading efforts
on specific recapitalization vehicles, including rights offerings.
After the firm's first investment banking deal in December 1992,
Mr. Friedman conceived the innovative recapitalization structure
of Glendale Federal Bank, and coordinated the $451 million recapitalization
of that institution, which was completed in 1993. Mr. Friedman
also led FBR¡¯s involvement in numerous additional bank and thrift
recapitalizations during 1993, including Chevy Chase, Riggs
Corporation and Dime Bancorp, Inc.
Throughout the mid-1990s, Mr. Friedman was active in building
out FBR's alternative investment vehicles. In 1996, he formed
the firm's first private equity fund.
In April 1998, Mr. Friedman was awarded the CEO of the Year
Award by George Washington University. He was honored for his
outstanding leadership skills, demonstrated ability to meet
organizational goals in the most challenging business environments,
dedication to the community, and commitment to education.
Mr. Friedman actively supports a variety of charitable organizations,
both personally and through the Friedman, Billings, Ramsey Charitable
Foundation. He sits on the Board of Directors of several Washington
area charitable organizations, and is a regular speaker at The
Tomorrows Children¡¯s Fund Investment Research Conference which
benefits children with cancer and blood disorders.
Mr. Friedman began his career in the securities industry in
1973 at Legg Mason Wood Walker & Co., Inc. as a retail broker.
In 1985, Mr. Friedman left Legg Mason to become Senior Vice
President in the Institutional Sales group at Johnston, Lemon
& Co., Inc. While at Johnston, Lemon, Mr. Friedman focused
on the thrift industry and became an active market maker in
thrift equity and debt securities. In 1989, Mr. Friedman helped
create a when-issued market for the stock of the Federal Home
Loan Mortgage Corporation.
Mr. Friedman received a Bachelor of Arts in Education from the
University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his Juris Doctor
from The Georgetown Law Center at Georgetown University.

| Ken Hagerty - President,
Global Venture Investors Association. |
Ken Hagerty is founder and
President of the Global Venture Investors Association. He has
worked with and for the venture community for more than 20 years,
most recently as Director of Outreach for the Mid-Atlantic Venture
Association (MAVA). Prior to joining MAVA, Mr. Hagerty organized
the Coalition for American Equity Expansion, which helped lead
the successful campaign to prevent the Financial Accounting
Standards Board (FASB) from dismantling company-wide employee
stock programs. He previously served as Industry Relations Counsel
for the National Venture Capital Association.
Mr. Hagerty was Vice President, Government Operations, for the
American Electronics Association (AEA) for 11 years in Silicon
Valley and Washington, D.C., serving as its chief lobbyist in
Washington. While at AEA, he managed the development and enactment
of the Steiger capital gains tax cut, the R&D tax credit
and the Incentive Stock Option. He also opened AEA's Washington
office and managed it for six years.
Previously, Mr. Hagerty served in the Nixon and Ford White House
and as a legislative assistant in the U.S. House of Representatives.
He is an attorney with a J.D. from Georgetown University, a
graduate of Oregon State University and the Stanford University
Executive Institute. |

| Aki Nagashima - Chief Research Fellow,
The Tokyo Foundation |
Mr. Nagashima is Chief Research
Fellow at the Tokyo Foundation, a Tokyo-based non-profit and
independent policy think tank. He also serves as National Security
Advisor to the President of the Democratic Party of Japan, Hon.
Yukio Hatoyama. Mr. Nagashima previously was based in Washington,
D.C. as Adjunct Senior Fellow in Asia Studies at the Council
on Foreign Relations, and Visiting Scholar of the Edwin O. Reischauer
Center for East Asian Studies, the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced
International Studies of the Johns Hopkins University. He is
currently engaged in a twenty-month project on ¡°U.S. Forward
Presence in the Asia-Pacific Region in 2020¡±
Before joining the Council¡¯s Washington Office in August of
1997, Mr. Nagashima was a Visiting Fellow at the Center for
United States-Japan Studies and Cooperation, Vanderbilt University
(1994-1995), Chief Political Analyst at the Heisei Research
Institute, Tokyo (1992-1993), Chief of Staff at the Office of
Representative Nobuteru Ishihara (LDP-Tokyo) (1990-1993), and
a professional lecturer of Constitutional Law at the Tokyo Bunka
Junior College, Tokyo (1989-1992).
Mr. Nagashima received his M.A. from the Paul H. Nitze School
of Advanced International Studies of the Johns Hopkins University
